Aloe ‘Blue Elf’

‘Blue Elf’ is a hybrid aloe, with Aloe humilis possibly one of the original parent plants. It is commonly used as a landscaping plant in California and similar climates. In optimum conditions in can grow to 18 inches tall and 2 feet wide.

Orange flowers on long stalks.

Light: Full sun to very bright shade. This type of aloe can look more etiolated than others without proper light.

Water: Let soil dry completely between waterings. Water less in winter dormant period.
Temperature: More hardy than some succulents, down to -6C for short periods if dry, but prefers temps above 10C.
