Selenicereus ocamponis (Dragon Fruit)

Selenicereus ocamponis

$12.00 each
6 inch pot

(Also known as Hylocereus ocamponis.)

Can get edible fruit if pollinated. Large, impressive, usually white flowers.

In sub-tropical habitat of native Mexico can climb as vine to 25 ft., but kept in a pot in our Canadian climate, will not grow that large – makes a nice hanging plant once it grows multiple arms.

Light: Full sun to light shade.

Water: Can tolerate more moist, humid conditions than desert variety succulents, but still needs well-draining soil.

Temperature: Min. 2C for short periods, but happiest in warm temperatures above 10C.

Important: The above growing specifications are general guidelines. Each home or outdoor area has it’s own unique micro-climate which can influence a plant’s growth.
